CHICAGO, Sept. 26, 2016 – QuantaCRM president Peter Wolf will speak Wednesday at NAV Directions North America 2016 about the pros and cons of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the pros and cons of starting a CRM practice or creating a partnership with an established CRM provider.

Wolf will present alongside Tom Doran, Customer Engagement Director at Innovia Consulting. They will discuss the strengths of each product and the ideal customer for each. Also on the agenda is why partners should start a CRM practice and some tips on doing so.

At Directions North America 2016, the only Microsoft Dynamics NAV event by NAV partners, for NAV partners, Wolf and Doran may add to the Chandler, AZ, heat as they share their respective insights to the business software market today and in the years to come.

Wolf and Doran will open the final day of the conference, Wednesday, September 28, with an 8 AM session titled “NAV Relationship Management vs. Dynamics CRM: What should you know?”

“We are happy to have this opportunity to share our expertise about the benefits of Dynamics CRM Online with the NAV partner community,” Wolf says.

He and the team at QuantaCRM help small and medium-sized businesses become more lean, mean and profitable through Microsoft Dynamics CRM—an integral component to successful customer acquisition and retention as businesses of all sizes compete on a global playing field.

“Our team believes CRM is mission-critical for businesses,” Wolf says. “NAV partners should establish a CRM footprint either through building out a practice or taking advantage of CRM partnering programs like the QuantaCRM Advantage Alliance.

“With the upcoming push to Dynamics 365 with the tight accounting and sales integration, it is clear that Microsoft also feels that CRM is a key part of SMB success,” he continues. “We want to help ERP partners navigate the world of CRM.”
