Big news from Microsoft

The Q3 2017 earnings reports are in, and Microsoft saw big gains in their productivity and business process groups. What did the report have to say about Dynamics 365? Peter has the numbers.

Microsoft is re-naming its Dynamics 365 ERP products, with big-name (and big named!) results. Is this a dynamic re-branding of Dynamics 365, or a dynamic ploy by the Microsoft marketing department to inflate product names? The CRM News team weighs in.
