This week in Dynamics 365 CRM Support, we’ll be looking at how to insert an email signature and how to fix a common email signature error in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.
To fix the error, you will need to turn Legacy rendering off.
Legacy rendering is required if you use Legacy scripts, like all the Java script functions. If you need those functions to work on a new version, you need to have Legacy scripts turned on. But as you will see, turning Legacy scripts on also breaks some new functionalities.
