This week in Dynamics 365 CRM Support, we’ll look at how to change the number of rows on a grid in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM.

Usually, you will see up to 50 records on a grid. But depending on your needs, maybe you want to increase or decrease that number. Doing so is not difficult if you know where to look.

In this video, I will show you how to change your personal options to control the number of rows on a grid in Dynamics 365 for Sales.

See below for the full video and step-by-step instructions:

Changing the number of rows on a grid

1.) Go to Settings > Options:

Settings Gear Options Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales

2.) From the General tab, you can set the number of records shown per page in any list of records using the dropdown selection field:

Set Personal Options Records Per Page Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM

You can not type it in, it’s a selection field. You can choose to show as few as 25 records per page, and as many as 250 records per page.

The default is 50 records per page, but in my example, I changed that to 25. You can also choose to display 75, 100, or 250 records per page.

3.) Click OK.

Your grids will now display the number of records you have chosen. If you’d like to change the number of rows on a grid again later, simply repeat these steps.
