Did you know that you can save money by purchasing Team Member licenses for users who only need to perform minimal functions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM?
Team Member licenses are only $8 per user per month for all plans, and can be a great way to get your entire organization into CRM without spending the extra money for full licenses.
If you’re considering a Team Member license for a user, you should ask yourself two questions about that user:
First, is the user’s activity limited to read-only functionality?
And second, if the user does have data entry needs, are those needs limited to entering time and expenses for themselves?
If the answer to either question is Yes, a team member license is probably a great fit for that user.
